Back in 2022 I started exploring animations, I had tried it way before since I have a graphic design background, but this time I decided to create some art. I always liked using digital tools and still do. I mainly work with Photoshop and sometimes tinker with other ones, but this has been the one I know the best and the one I have more practice with. I treat digital tools as if they were brushes and oils, but always emphasizing their inherent attributes as much as I can.
Since animations are difficult and time consuming I aimed at creating minimalist works that I can work with a little more ease. As usual I create mostly in series, Immigrants was one that was born out of this journey.
