This painting is the fourth of the Weeds series and the largest. This theme started as a simple idea of what weeds’ role in nature and our society is. A simple plant in many forms, misunderstood and often destroyed. I tried to find the beauty in them in a sort of a joyful way. Although this painting was already starting to morph into the Gravity series.
All of my paintings are oil on canvas and are unique. They are all made from scratch, please read my Process page for more info.
This painting comes unframed, but I can frame it if requested. Specify that under “Order notes” at the Check Out page or just send me an email.
A light varnish is applied to most paintings for an even look and for protection.
Feel free to ask me anything should you have any questions, thank you.
